Where can I buy your product?

 

Our products are available from our website, and also from Amazon.com and Amazon.CA. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

 

How much does shipping cost?

For orders in the USA, we offer fast FREE shipping. However, expedited orders will cost extra: $23.95 per unit for Priority Delivery, and $44.95 per unit for Expedited Delivery.

 

How long does it take for you to send my order to my house?

We ship our products the day they were ordered, and it takes 2-5 business days for an order to arrive, though most of our shipments are delivered within 2-3 days. We do offer expedited shipping, which can be seen in greater detail under Shipping and Returns (http://www.bike2power.com/Shipping-Policy).

 

Do you ship outside the US?

We do accept International Orders; however, shipping will cost extra. Please keep in mind that shipments outside of the USA may be subject to tariffs, value added tax (VAT), and things like that.

Shipping from the USA is prohibited to some countries. We can't ship to Somalia, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, or Syria.

 

How much does it cost to have my order shipped Internationally?  How long does it take to be delivered to my home?

Cost varies depending on order weight and volume. For Priority International Delivery, it takes 14-21 business days. For Expedited Delivery, expect your delivery within 5-10 business days. Please keep in mind that these estimates do not include any Customs related delays.

 

Does the payment for my International Order include customs fees and taxes?

No, you are responsible for payment of local taxes, customs charges, and fees.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to the carrier's website where you can track your order. Some types of services only provide limited tracking.

 

What happens if I order the wrong case, or if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

At Bike2Power, we give you 90 days to try out our products, and if you're not happy with it, or if you ordered the wrong case, just send it back with all of the original packaging. When will my pre-orders ship?

Each product will have an estimated shipping date, and we try to keep them as accurate as possible. Please remember these are estimated shipping dates and are subject to change. It is not recommended to purchase pre-order and expect it to arrive in time for a specific event (holidays, birthdays, etc). Please note it is possible some pre-order items will arrive ahead of schedule.

Please note that Bike2Power is not responsible for any possible overdraft fees on your bank account due to the early arrival of a pre-order. Please use a credit card instead of a debit card if you are concerned about this.
 

Is it possible my pre-order will not be filled?

Bike2Power makes every attempt to fill every single pre-order we receive. However, there may be issues out of our control such as allocation, manufacturer cancellation, etc. that may affect our ability to fill all pre-orders. Please note that these issues rarely occur and we have a very good record of filling all customer pre-orders.
 

Will you ship all my pre-order items together?

Pre-orders that arrive to us at the same time will be grouped into one shipment. Pre-orders that arrive over a period of time will ship to you separately as they arrive.
 

When will I have to pay for my pre-order?

Your card will be charged when the product is shipped to you.
 

Can I preorder an item by PayPal?

A credit card is required for payment of pre-orders.  PayPal payment options are not offered on pre-orders, but can be used for an order of 'in-stock' items.
 

Why should I pre-order an item?

When you place a pre-order with Bike2Power, we will reserve that figure for you from our incoming shipment.  It is possible the product can pre-sell-out so only people who pre-order with us are able to receive the items.
 

Can I cancel a pre-order?

You may cancel a preorder at any time from your Bike2Power account. Simply login to your account and reduce the quantity of any pre-order item you wish to cancel or email us at orders@bike2power.com.  If the pre-order has already arrived and you have been charged, you may return the item as specified in the Bike2Power returns policy.
